Business Portfolio
BoxPower was founded in 2016 by Princeton University undergraduate Angelo Campus. Drawing on experiences working in remote locations in Peru, Polynesia, and the Navajo Nation, Angelo saw that the falling prices of solar energy and battery technology could be leveraged to bring clean, affordable energy to off-grid sites, and that shipping containers could be used to bring durable, portable, and scalable systems around the world. Drawing on the expertise of a veteran advisory board and the diverse skills of our team, BoxPower is developing rugged, rapidly deployable energy solutions to replace diesel generators as the world standard for off-grid energy generation.
